Initiate a Request
Contact our support team at support@fosiaudio.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
Technical Assessment
Our engineers will provide troubleshooting steps or, if the unit is defective, issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package and Ship
Securely pack the device in its original packaging including all cables and manuals, clearly marking the RMA number on the exterior of the box.
